ORDER DELIVERY & COLLECTION
1) Where can I pick up the butters from? (FOC Self-Collection)
IMPORTANT NOTE:
- Butter collection MUST be completed within a week of receiving the "Ready to Pickup" notification so that you can enjoy your butters' optimal taste & freshness
- **Uncollected butters will be discarded with no refund thereafter**
- ***We are NOT liable for spoilage due to delayed collection. Shelf-life count commences from the time pickup notification is sent***
- Date & Time of pick up MUST be arranged at least 24 hours in advance

2) What time can I expect the delivery?
DELIVERY
- Kindly double check your shipping address during check out as we will NOT be responsible for misdelivered orders for wrong address given.
- As we are using third-party agents, we will not be able to advise the delivery time for normal delivery; should you require specific-time delivery, please opt for $25 specific time delivery option during check out.
ALLERGEN, SHELF-LIFE & STORAGE
What is the Shelf-life of the butter? How should I store it?
As our butters are freshly made-to-order with NO added preservatives, it is advisable to consume them within 2-3 weeks (refrigerated 4°C and below) for optimal taste & freshness.
*With exception to Charred Scallion and flavours containing bacon, e.g. Loaded Bacon & Cheese, Caramelised Onion & Bacon and Pure Maple Bacon— to be consumed within a week*
For longer-term storage, please store in airtight wrapping/container in freezer (at least -4°C) for an extended shelf-life of up to 2 months from purchase (excluding *flavours above)

Are your compound butter suitable for vegetarians?
It depends - other than flavours like Loaded Bacon & Cheese, Pure Maple Bacon, and Caramelised Onion & Bacon, most of them are meat-free options that complement vegetarian dishes beautifully.

Can I use compound butter for cooking/baking, or as a substitute for regular butter in recipes?
Absolutely! In fact, that is what we try to encourage! Compound butter adds depth to both savoury and sweet dishes. Use it to enhance the taste of grilled meats, roasted vegetables, and pasta, or spread it on bread and pastries for a delightful twist.
