Miso Shiitake Pasta

Serves 1-2

Ingredients

1 cup of cooked pasta
4 tbsp Borderlessbutter's Chunky Miso Shiitake butter
1 tbsp garlic
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Parsley flakes, protein of choice, Optional

Steps

  1. Stir fry garlic in a pan with some oil until it starts to brown
  2. Add protein of choice continue to stirfry
  3. Once protein is 90% cooked, add a cup of cooked pasta of choice and a tbsp of pasta water
  4. Lightly season with salt & black pepper
  5. Remove from heat and Add 4 tbsp of Borderlessbutter's Chunky Miso Shiitake butter. 
  6. Toss to mix for 1min
  7. Recommended but Optional: Garnish pasley & serve
