Seaweed Tuna Rice Ball - Whipped Seaweed Brown Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 bowl of cooked rice
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon Whipped Seaweed Brown Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Japanese Mayonnaise
  • 1 or 2 tablespoon of Tuna (or protein of choice)
  • 15g of roasted seaweed

Step

  1. In a bowl of cooked rice, add tuna, mayo, and seaweed flakes
  2. Add a dollop (or 2) of Borderlessbutter's Whipped seaweed brown butter
  3. Mix well & shape them into balls and serve
